Bounty Brassware Pty. Ltd. was established in Australia in 1996 by Timothy George Lucas to address the lack of quality floor grates (floor drains), sink drains, and other plumbing products available in the Australian market at that time. Now these innovative products are being approved by the North American certifying Authority, IAPMO, and are being imported by Bounty Brassware Americas, LLC to serve the North American, South American and Caribbean regions and to allow greater access to ingenious Australian Designer products.
Bounty Brassware Warranty
Bounty Brassware Americas' product warranty is one year from date of purchase (exception: Pop Down® cartridge warranty is 10 years, see next section). Bounty Brassware Americas will replace your product free of charge for one year should a manufacturing defect become apparent. All products MUST be closely inspected at the time of the delivery of the goods for finish quality. Any defects in finish must be reported to Bounty Brassware Americas within 5 business days of receipt of product. Bounty Brassware Americas is not responsible for subsequent finish damage if our Finish Care Guidelines are not strictly followed. Product issues attributable to incorrect use, abuse, hard water, incorrect installation, and poor or insuficient maintenance are not covered by this warranty. IMPORTANT: The use of traditional oil based plumbers putty, harsh chemicals, and/or abrasive cleaners VOIDS the one year finish warranty.
